How to modify my recurring donation
You can either contact us and we can edit the amount for you, or you can follow the instructions below to do so yourself.
We use a platform called “Donorbox” to process most donations.
If you used Paypal to set up a recurring donation, you will need to log in to your PayPal account directly and make your changes there as PayPal does not allow Donorbox to edit for recurring payments.
If you use a credit card, you should have received an email to set up a donor account when you initiated your recurring donation. If you did that, great! You can skip the next step. Otherwise, here is how to create that account:
Create an account
If you didn’t set up your account via the original setup email (most people don’t), please use the Forgot Password link. Enter the email address associated with your donations and a recovery email will be sent to you. This will allow you to establish a donor account.
Log into your account
Log into Donorbox.org with your donor account. You will then have access to your monthly donation plans via “Recurring Plans” on the left sidebar. Click the Active link on the donation plan that you wish to edit (see image below).
On the next page, to change your donation amount, type a new amount in the text box under Amount and click the blue change link. Once you do this, you’ll set up your new donation amount.
